1. Overview
NYTRO SHIFT is a free-to-play Android game developed and published by RM Application and Web Services. The game does not require you to create an account to play. RM Application and Web Services does not intentionally ask you to provide your name, postal address, phone number, or other direct contact details inside the game.
2. Information We Handle
The game may process limited technical information that is necessary to operate, secure, improve, or monetize the app. Depending on the advertising or platform services included in the released version, this may include device information, app version, operating system, approximate region derived from network information, advertising identifiers, ad interaction data, crash or diagnostics data, and similar technical events.
RM Application and Web Services does not sell your personal information. We do not use NYTRO SHIFT to collect sensitive personal information such as passwords, precise location, health information, financial account details, or private messages.
3. Advertising & Rewarded Videos
NYTRO SHIFT is free to play and may display third-party advertising, including a banner on the main menu and rewarded video ads that can be watched voluntarily for an in-game revive or similar reward. Advertising providers may use device identifiers and related technical data to deliver, measure, limit, or personalize ads in accordance with their own privacy policies and your device or consent settings.
4. Game Progress & Local Storage
Game progress such as high scores, coins, unlocked skins, upgrades, boosts, trails, settings, and similar gameplay state may be stored locally on your device. Resetting game progress, clearing app data, or uninstalling the app may remove locally stored progress unless a future version introduces an optional cloud-save feature.
5. Children's Privacy
NYTRO SHIFT is intended for a general audience aged 13 and above and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly request direct personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us so we can review the situation and take appropriate action.

You may be able to control advertising personalization or reset advertising identifiers through your Android or Google settings.
